The high end, 3D printed jewelry line will make its first European debut as well as its new partnership collection at Paris Design Week on September 5, 2015
LOS ANGELES, CALIF. (August 27, 2015) – Architect & designer Jenny Wu will showcase her LACE jewelry line at now! Le Off exhibition at Paris Design Week from September 5 – 12. Featuring organic, geometric qualities, LACE is produced by 3D-printing, which allows for intricate weaving of materials such as nylon, stainless steel, and various precious metals, into avant-garde styles and forms. The skeletal complexity of these pieces draws a parallel between organic form and digital refinement; the production sophistication of each necklace and ring makes as much of a statement as its shape.
The theme of the Paris Design Week, Precious, falls in-line with the launch of LACE’s Partnership Collection, which features a pair of men and women’s ring designs in steel, gold, and platinum. In addition to connecting organic and digital creation, the designs symbolize the strength of bonds and unity, a testament to the strength of commitment. Designs that stand both the test of time and taste, LACE jewelry finds functionality in a multitude of ways.
LACE will be on display at Les Docks, Cité de la Mode et du Design - Booth #226 .
